I am a human-centered design leader with experience in the private and public sectors. I have enjoyed building better products and services over 15 years.

I have successfully been a senior or principal lead on complex player/coach team lead for UX design, content strategy, customer analytics, and user research.

I geek out on frameworks and methods from all disciplines and borrow what makes sense for each context.

I love working places where user experience changes can make a big difference in someone’s day or life. I’m looking for roles where I can collaborate across disciplines. I always say design is a team sport. It doesn’t come to life without subject matter experts, developers, and clear goals.
